Cooking Class Program Overview

Student Outcomes

  • Students will be able to safely execute proper uniformed Knife skills and procedures.
  • Students will understand the concept of baking, recipe compliance, and Timelines.
  • Students will be guided in Presentation methods that are both tasty and appealing to the eye.
  • Students will understand basic Food Health and safety procedures. Temperatures and danger zones, storage methods portioning, cleanliness.

Audience: Youth & Young Adults 6-18

Duration: 6-8 weeks
